Robot Creative Updates Ownership Model, Adds Principals and Creates Unique Opportunities for Top Creative Talent in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – After 23 years, founder Lara August changes the business structure of Robot Creative to accommodate multiple forms of voting and non-voting shares, adding Lana Harris and Andrew Watson as principals. The company hopes the model will help attract top talent to San Antonio, as well as to create opportunities for employees that are unique in the industry.

In conjunction with the ownership changes, Lana Harris moves into the role of President. Lana has been with Robot Creative for four years. She will continue in her role as Marketing Director for the firm’s clients, and assume additional leadership responsibilities as President of the company. Lana has already been instrumental in the growth of the business, and the agreement formalizes the responsibilities.

Andrew Watson remains the Director of Branding. Andrew has been leading the branding and design for Robot Creative for more than 15 years, and is responsible for the development and expansion of many notable local brands including: Santikos Entertainment, Beldon, Luminaria Arts Festival, Computer Solutions, Sea Island Shrimp House and more.

Lara August, the company’s Founder, will move into the role of CEO with a focus on strategy and key relationships.
