Operations Manager

The Operations Manager manages the Companies team to success by managing project budgets, deadlines and receivables to meet company cash flow and goals. Serves as a General Manager for the business, assisting staff with all escalated issues (i.e. customer service, HR, billing procedures) and directly oversees: Project Management, Bookkeeping, HR, and Administration.

Minimum Qualifications

Art Director

As the Art Director for Robot Creative, you will lead our in-house creative team (consisting of designers, copywriters, developers, and videographers/editors) to produce exceptional work for clients across a variety of industries. With an emphasis on developing memorable and unique brands, you will also be responsible for the execution of a variety of projects including digital advertising, websites, social media, advertising, collateral, direct mail, event support and other marketing assets.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in ground-up branding and logo development, with a track record of successfully applying brand
  • Extensive hands on experience and strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, visual design, typography, web design, print production, image selection and copywriting
  • The ideal candidate has a "get it done" attitude and can easily switch between hands-on tasks and strategic thinking
  • Proven track record of crafting and executing impactful brand strategies
  • Deep understanding of brand development, positioning and marketing principle

Candidates must possess a broad versatility of design styles to meet the needs of clients in a variety of industries to include B2B, B2C, non-profits, start ups.

Technical Skills
  • Expert Level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
  • Knowledge of Animate, Premier, UX/UI, Bridge, Lightroom, would be a plus. 
  • Functional understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp and other relevant digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear ability to articulate and persuasively sell creative concepts directly to client
  • Must have formal training/experience in conceptualization, sketching, typography, commercial printing and prepress skills
  • Experience in full brand strategy process
  • Skill in data analysis and qualitative research, benchmarking, 
  • Knowledge of latest trends and branding best practices

Responsibilities

Client Relationships
The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for client account management and relationship development. They attend all client meetings and handle project communication between meetings. This person in this role must ensure the client is aware of the status of their project at all times and feels that we are responding in a timely manner with clearly communicated project expectations.

Prospect Development
In addition to working with active clients, the Account Manager is an integral part of the business development team. They are responsible for handling inbound project requests from past clients and new prospects, tracking sales opportunities and developing estimates and proposals. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, the Account Manager will help qualify sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and conduct key account outreach for new business opportunities.

Project Management

Internal Meetings
