If you do not have a marketing plan for 2023, you should attend! Typical past attendees have been owners, managers, sales leaders and marketing staff from small to mid-sized companies.

No. In fact, many past participants are in roles other than marketing. You don’t need any prior marketing knowledge to attend this workshop.

Yes, and in fact, we encourage it. If you sign up two or more people from the same team, you will receive a discount when registering.

The purpose of the advance work is to evaluate current and past activities. Ideally, that would mean running some basic sales and marketing reports. Many past attendees have come without any advance preparation. If you have limited activities or limited access to reporting, you will still be able to do all of the forward-planning activities, so don’t sweat it!

You probably won’t have a fully documented plan done in 2 hours, but you should have a solid start and all of the tools needed to finish your plan, including a follow-up call with our facilitators in case you run into any issues or would like additional feedback.

We totally understand you don’t want to share your future plans with a competitor. We will work to pair only non-competitive businesses in the breakout groups. If, at any point, you realize you have a competitor in your breakout session, you can send a chat to our workshop facilitators and they will move you into another group.
