
The Robot Creative Nonprofit Grant will award up to $50,000 in services annually to one or more nonprofits. Grants can be full (pro-bono) or partial (matching) and open to eligible nonprofit organizations in the United States. Grants are applicable to outsourced marketing solutions offered by Robot Creative.
While nonprofits provide opportunities to transform our communities, many don’t have sufficient resources to support brand and marketing efforts in order to increase visibility, outreach, and ultimately, impact. So, we designed this grant to support organizations like these to help them go further and do more. Or goal is to make marketing efforts more accessible in order to extend the reach of nonprofit organizations.
Deadline for submission is March 1, 2023
Recipients will be notified by March 30, 2023
Project must be completed by March, 2024

Any brand or marketing initiative can be taken to the next level with our nonprofit grant program. Grants are eligible to be applied to any of our outsourced marketing services. As a grant finalist, our team will contact you to discuss your needs, timelines and budgets. Winners will receive a proposal with the final award amount, timelines and project scope. Signature of the proposal will constitute acceptance as the official grant recipient.
Grants are for Robot Creative services only. Advertising expenses are not included. Additionally, printing, technology fees (e.g., web hosting, CRM, etc.), stock photography or video, royalty-free music, outside vendor talent (voice-overs), or any item outside of our service offerings are not included.
No, the grant is only for organizations with IRS-registered nonprofit status.
The grant is for experienced non-profits; however we will consider applications from new organizations with experienced teams.
We understand timelines may vary. Project timelines will be collaboratively determined between Robot and the winner based on organizational goals and production schedules. Projects don’t have to start immediately but must begin within one year of being awarded.
