Palmer Technology provides a wide range of IT support, hardware and phone services for small to medium sized businesses in Central and South Texas. After more than 25 years in business, Palmer wanted to modernize their logo and branding design. They were also interested in building a new website to improve the support experience of their existing customers as well as to attract new ones.

ROBOT began by exploring new approaches to Palmer’s existing logo. The original cube shape was retained, but was given a modern update with dynamic shapes, new typography and a fresh color palette.
In addition to the updated logo design and colors, brand icon design and photographic guidelines were developed to help Palmer Technology Solutions communicate their local positioning, and custom icons reinforce the brand and help the company stand out from the competition.

Equipped with a new brand, efforts turned to creating a new website. The website redesign incorporated the new branding as well as updated content and structural reorganization. Sales enablement features such as chat functions, custom contact forms and analytics integration help track the site visitors through the sales cycle.

All the forms on the site are fully integrated with Palmer Technology Solutions’ service ticket platform, allowing for easy response and assignment for sales and support staff.

Google Analytics integration helps track site visitors from initial visit through to site exit.
- Animation
Movements in key sections help draw the site visitors through the content and down the page.
- Responsive Web Design
The site is designed to be fully responsive, adapting to smartphone, tablet, and desktop screens.
