Republic Square Capital is an Austin-based equity investment firm helping companies secure the capital and expertise they need to grow. The firm came to Robot Creative in the middle of a significant transformation – changing its name from Crowd Out Capital and stepping fully away from its original fintech ambitions to operate as a more traditional, relationship-driven equity firm. That shift in identity was the starting point. The existing brand no longer matched who they were, and a name that once evoked crowdfunding had become a source of confusion for the very audience they most needed to reach.
Our Approach
Robot Creative approached this engagement as a full brand repositioning, not just a visual refresh. Every element, from the new name itself to the collateral system to the website architecture, was built to support how Republic Square Capital needed to show up and communicate as a brand in their market. ROBOT created a new website and a professional presence built for investment-minded companies seeking a capital partner.

The new website was designed to serve one audience clearly: companies seeking investment. The site architecture was kept intentionally clean and direct, with navigation organized around the firm’s services and a simple path to contact. An Austin downtown video was integrated into the design to anchor the firm’s local presence and add visual energy. ROBOT also built in a third-party administrator link for existing clients, keeping the experience useful without adding clutter. The result is a finance website design that leads with clarity nd professional confidence.
Brand identity
ROBOT developed a brand identity system for Republic Square Capital that included a defined color palette and typography system built for credibility and professionalism. A brand style guide documented every standard, giving the firm the tools to apply the new identity consistently across every touchpoint. Business cards and email signatures were designed to carry the new brand into day-to-day client interactions.
