Best in Category – Redesign / Rebrand for Local Restaurant Branding – Sea Island Shrimp House

Millennial targeted messaging in marketing materials

Sea Island Shrimp House, the legacy Seafood restaurant chain from San Antonio, reached out to us for help with updating up their brand to adjust to changing demographics. Using a research-validated approach we refreshed their voice and tone, color palette and design and photography direction to appeal to this new audience group. This led to us creating new menu designs, redesigning the website, uniforms, in-store signage, social media posts, video advertisements and more. These efforts earned a Best in Category Marketing Effectiveness Award from Summit International Awards.

When Denim Group’s ThreadFix software team decided to create how-to tutorial videos for their customers, they partnered with us. We can’t take credit for the expert advice and walk-through screen captures, but we did create custom branded graphics, edited scripts and combined professional voice over and audio for a polished video series that serve as powerful marketing tools. These videos earned a Platinum Marketing Effectiveness Award. You can watch them on ThreadFix’s resources page.
