OUR WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS
Discovery
The discovery phase combines information gathering from you, along with independent research to ensure that we have a clear understanding of our starting point and the resources available to complete the project.
Architecture / Planning
Based on feedback from the discovery phase, we will make recommendations for the structure of the site, page layouts and programming. By documenting the requirements of the project, we can define the scope and expectations for the outcome of the project.
Creative Concepts
During this phase, we take all of the planning and get creative. We will provide three design concepts for the home page, then create a standard interior page as well as any additional unique page layouts and custom navigation.
Core Page Programming
A working site structure including the home page and one interior layout will be set up. You will have the ability to proof the way the website works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Site Development
Upon approval of the core site structure, we will set up the full structure of the site and complete the programming of any additional layouts and functional items. This may include custom development and/or integrations with plugins or 3rd party applications.
Content Integration and Styling
After all content has been provided/approved by you, all pages will be produced: all content will be integrated, images will be optimized and placed, all links will be programmed, and a working site will be posted on our server for review.
Launch
We thoroughly review the functional items of the site, and test for compatibility with the latest browsers. When the site is posted to your server, we test again. When it has passed inspection, we train your team to use the CMS.

Our team is experienced in researching and developing content for your site. We’ll examine competitors and role models to generate content that best reflects your voice and messaging. Also, our talented experts offers custom photography and video services. We can schedule photoshoots on location to help capture your company’s culture and people.
Typically our new websites start at $15,000 – $20,000. The price will be dependent on the size of the website, functionality requirements, custom imagery and amount of content needed for the website.
