SAN ANTONIO- Robot Creative is happy to announce Amanda White as their new Operations Director. Amanda has more than a decade of operational experience across a variety of industries. Her experience is backed by certifications in HR (SPHR Certification), Microsoft (she is a certified specialist and former instructor), continuing education for bookkeeping (APA certification in process), and web development programming education (UTSA Full Stack Coding Bootcamp). In addition to her problem-solving skills, her upbeat attitude and creative spirit make her a great addition to the team at Robot Creative.
Amanda will be managing ROBOT’s operations team which includes: finance, project management, HR, IT and administration. Amanda combines her natural organizational skills and desire for efficiency with technology experience to make data-driven decisions and improve operational workflows. With extensive knowledge of advanced accounting systems and operations, Robot Creative is already seeing huge improvements in these processes. With her experience managing benefits, employment records and employee relations for more than a hundred employees at a time, Amanda is a valuable resource for the entire team.

Amanda’s deep knowledge of these tools and problem-solving skills will greatly improve our operations processes,” explained Lara August, ROBOT CEO. “Plus, her upbeat attitude and excitement for the creative work we do makes her a true joy to work with.”
Aside from her professional skills, Amanda is a driven, single mother who is most proud of her career advancements while raising her children, going to school and earning her HR certification in the first round during the COVID Pandemic (only 37% pass in round one). She’s also an avid crafter and is overjoyed to be a part of a creative team. “When Lara told me that everyone gets to be a part of the collaborative creative process, I was sold,” Amanda said. “Even though I can be left-brained in my organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, I’m very in touch with the right side of my brain as well, and love diving into brainstorms and artistic endeavors.”
