SAN ANTONIO – Robot Creative is thrilled to introduce Tangela Bond as its new Business Development Manager. Bond brings with her 20 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Project Management from a diverse array of industries, including: education, real estate, entertainment, hospitality, and IT. Her dedication to results-oriented strategic initiatives coupled with her passion for building relationships will advance the momentum and explosive growth that Robot Creative is currently experiencing.
Bond will be responsible for developing relationships with key clients and partners, managing the business development team, and translating the company’s business objectives into sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) serving in prior business development roles, Bond has developed and executed marketing initiatives that improved client retention, increased new acquisition channels and resulted in increased revenue year over year. She has championed thousands of strategic projects for clients such as Google, NCAA Final Four, Super Bowl, Capital One Bank, The Daytime Emmys, Texas Children’s Hospital, The City of Houston, the Houston Independent School District, just to name a few.
Her drive for goal-focused solution building also extends into community involvement. Bond serves on both the Government and Political Advisory boards for the Houston Association of Realtors, is a member of the Public Education Advisory Committee of the Greater Houston Partnership, a member of the Special Education Advisory Committee for the Houston Independent School District, and a longtime volunteer for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
