We don’t require you to purchase any hosting with us. Our maintenance experts are comfortable working with many hosting platforms. Additionally, we would prefer to leave ownership of all accounts with you. We can help make hosting recommendations, but will never take your site “hostage.”
Basic access requirements include hosting and FTP access. We’ll request additional access to any other needed software, like content management systems, databases, social accounts or SMTP servers. We will always securely store any credentials you provide.
Our maintenance team will quickly respond to assess and troubleshoot any issues. Once we can confirm there are no security threats, we’ll use a previous backup to quickly restore your site. We’ll continue to troubleshoot, debug and patch any issues regarding the website crash.
