Botanika is an event florist. The client was looking for something "modern" to set them apart from the relatively conservative local competition (typical of the competition is a pretty flower for a logo with the business name written in script). Our client has a very fresh approach to floral design and wanted to appeal to the more hip market in San Antonio.

We determined that a letter-logo alone was necessary to reinforce the business name. A graphic mark (such as a flower) might not have recalled the unusual business name with its modified spelling. In fact, we didn't want a flower to detract at all. Viney lettering was used to hint at the floral nature of the business.
